See how much revenue walked out the door last year
Connect Stripe read-only. In about a minute, see churned revenue, why it left, and which customers are most likely to come back.
Free. Read-only. Your key is deleted after the audit.

Churn hides in the averages
Your MRR chart shows net growth. It does not show the customers who left quietly, or how much they used to pay.
Failed payments look like cancellations
A good share of churn is cards that expired or bounced. Those customers never decided to leave.
Nobody owns the people who left
Former customers already know your product. Most companies never ask them back in a structured way.
How it works
- 1
Create a read-only key
In Stripe, create a restricted key with read access to five resources. We show you exactly which ones. Takes two minutes.
- 2
Paste it and run the audit
We check the key cannot write, then read your subscription history. Usually done in about a minute.
- 3
See what left and who will come back
Churned revenue, why it left, and a scored list of former customers. Your key is deleted when the audit ends.
What we access, and what we never touch
We read
- Customers: Names and email addresses of people who canceled, so you can see who to win back.
- Products: Plan names, so churn can be grouped by plan.
- Prices: Amounts and billing intervals, to calculate monthly recurring revenue.
- Subscriptions: Start and cancel dates, status, cancellation reason and feedback.
- Invoices: Paid totals only, to tell paying customers from trials and to compute lifetime value.
We never read or store
- Payment methods, cards and bank accounts
- Customer addresses, phone numbers and tax IDs
- Invoice line items and PDFs
- Charges, payouts, balances and disputes
- Anything that writes: we cannot create, change, refund or delete anything
Questions
Can you change anything in my Stripe account?
No. You create a restricted key that only has read permissions, and we test that before the audit starts. If we can confirm the key can write, we refuse it and tell you which permission to turn off. Our code only ever reads.
What happens to my key after the audit?
It is encrypted while the audit runs and deleted as soon as the audit finishes or fails. You can also revoke it in Stripe at any time.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two minutes. Accounts with tens of thousands of subscriptions can take a few minutes longer. You will get an email when it is ready.
Is it really free?
Yes. The audit is free. If you want help winning those people back, you can ask for a pilot at the end of the report, but you do not have to.
Find out what churn cost you
Two minutes to create a read-only key. About a minute to run. No card, no call.
